When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How do I apply them?

Start with clean, dry skin - free from lotion or oil. Peel away the protective film, center the cover over your nipple, and gently smooth the edges. 

Can I reuse them?

Definitely! Kinskin is reusable up to or more than x50 times with proper care.

How long will they stay on?

Kinskin is proven to stay up to 8 hours on your skin.

Are they safe for sensitive skin?

Absolutely. Being made with medical - grade, hypoallergenic silicone, our covers are kind to any skin type. If irritation occurs, stop use and/or try to remove and allow your skin to rest before reapplying. 

Can I wear them while swimming or working out?

Yes and yes - Kinskin is sweat & waterproof which means they stay put through workouts and poolside days. 

Will they show under clothing?

Nope! Each cover features a 0.1mm thin, tapered edge making it invisible under any types of fabric.

Can I wear them during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Kinskin is made out of medical grade silicone making it safe for general use even for pregnant women. However, we recommend not using it for breastfeeding moms due to the nature of adhesive.

Shipping, Returns and Refund

How long will shipping take?

Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal service conditions.

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat shipping rate of $(TO FOLLOW) on all orders.

Tip: Keep an eye out for free shipping promotions on orders over a specified amount!

Will I receive tracking information?

Absolutely. Once your order has been shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey in real time. Please note that we’re not responsible for delays or lost packages once order is shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship within Australia only. Updates on international shipping options will be announced on our website.

Can I return items?

Yes, within 14 days if they’re unused and in their original packaging.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, for unused items in their original packaging.

Who pays return shipping?

Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
